Just like individualized workout programs, each nutritional plan is catered to the clients schedule, lifestyle, budget and overall liking. This factor in obtaining a healthier and overall better body is a staple in fitness and shouldn’t be ignored. Also, who says nutrition has to be restrictive or boring? It isn’t! Nutritional packages can be purchased in addition or separately from personal training.
Nutritional Packages include all of the following:
Flexible dieting approach with regards to macronutrient designation (IIFYM)
Vitamin and supplement recommendations
Weekly reports (from client to trainer) will be addressed and consulted
Weekly adjustments dependent upon progress as well as progress pictures (client request)
Phone and email consultation; as little or much as needed (within specific times of day and night)
Knowledge shared on importance of macronutrients, their role in the body and their impact on health and exercise

Monthly Individualized Meal Plans
For some clients, a more organized and specific approach of nutrition to follow is better. That is where Specified Meal Plans come into play. By having each meal constructed to their likeability with regards to macronutrients, clients will be able to follow guidelines on when to eat and how much of what specific food to eat. Each meal will be constructed around the clients schedule, personal life and workout schedule.
